"Kyleen never returns my phone calls or it seems like she just passes me off to anyone else working when I try to get in touch about my policies —I’m looking elsewhere currently considering how much they raised my rates. Service has declined so much recently I’m very disappointed in this agency particularly with Kaylee that never answers my calls and if I ever get her on the phone is short and rude with me"

"I have been with Paul Cashman branch for over 10 years - while State Farm themselves have done me no wrong and have assisted me with 2 accidents during this time I feel like the Cashman branch lacks in customer service. My rates have also jumped recently, but I can't say that is a problem of the branch itself. When I got my new car last July I worked with Kyleen to get my insurance updated - what an absolute nightmare. No follow up from her - over a month to correct several mistakes and some never corrected at all (adding someone to insurance, updating deductibles).I gave up since she just wasn't doing what she said she would do. She also sold me life insurance stating no medical eval needed (have this in an email from her) and then I began to get endless calls about someone coming to my house for a medical eval. It took several attempts to get this cancelled after her lies but they did get it cleared up. When I had my previous car in 2020 I ended up getting a notice from the DMV as they had the wrong VIN down for my car insurance and they were suspending my registration. I won't name the representative who helped me here as she was able to quickly fix it and I appreciated that. Mistakes and typos do happen but adding it all up just gives a poor taste in my mouth over the years on top of increasing rates. I am writing this now that I have other insurance and feel like I can say something without receiving further lacking service on the SF end."

"Had a frustrating "your call is important to us" experience with a company that forewarned me about a car insurance premium increase due to a violation. Got nowhere with them so I went directly to State Farm , my local agent and got an actual person. Joey ( the agent on call) pulled up the file and determined that it was bogus and all was done in under ten minutes. No such report, no change in premium. I love my State Farm people in the Paul Cashman office here in Santa Barbara Good service for over 40 years. A plus. Five stars. Top of the line Dr. Gainor"
